Bookings
Your booking is only confirmed when we receive your deposit and we issue you with a confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have selected the correct tour and departure date
Payment in full must be made 90 days prior to departure.
Upon receiving your booking confirmation you must complete the waiver of liability and present it to the representative at the beginning of the tour.
Insurance
We do not provide insurance. Upon booking a tour with us we advise that you purchase your insurance at this point. Your insurance cover should include cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, luggage, money, and public liability. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of personal damage to belongings, or liability for personal injury or death.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you have to cancel your booking, the following details any charges that may accrue.
90 days or more from departure – deposit is non refundable. It may be transferred to another tour. Any refund will be less, the deposit.

There will be no refund once the tour has commenced, no exceptions. A client may make a claim from their own insurance. This is a private matter between the client and their insurer.
Any change of departure date must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to departure. Any costs accrued by the company from our suppliers are payable by the client.
In the event the company has to cancel a tour, a full refund of the tour price will be issued. This only applies if the company does not provide an alternative rescheduled departure date. No additional expenses incurred will be paid by the company.
The company reserves the right to alter or change a tour itinerary if the tour is denied access to any county/country for any reason.
The client must observe the laws and regulations of that country while on tour. Failure to do so will result in the client being removed from the tour, without refund.
Any behaviour, which affects the general enjoyment of the tour will not be tolerated and the offending client will be removed with no refund.
Travel Tips and Hints
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange all travel and costs to and from the meeting place at the commencement and conclusion of the tour.
Ensure your passport is valid and up to date and have all necessary visas, etc. along with any required vaccinations.
We will confirm your booking via email. And we strongly advise you to take out your travel insurance policy at this stage.
General Terms and Conditions
The client agrees that we may take photographs/video for use in promotional brochures, our website and advertising without obtaining further consent or payment for the same.
Any complaints should be made to the company representative during the tour. Further follow up can be made in writing 21 days from the conclusion of the tour. Any legal disputes will be subject to Irish laws and the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
